Objectives

The project entitled “Short term stay… For long term memories” has two main objectives that are strongly interconnected

The first objective is to provide customers with a simple and fast of unique places in Saudia Arabia and the Emirates with a wide range of amenities,

and the second objective is to apply the brand value to make customers love their stays and make good memories with it

Why do people love the online booking

With so many travel firms now on the market trying to attract your business, arranging trips can start to get a little overwhelming.

It’s often quite difficult to know if you’re really getting a great deal and whether you can trust the booking agent you’ve chosen.

Despite all the competition, we always find we end up using one hotel booking website in particular.

For its ease of use and consistently good prices.

What problem my the customer face to get a room:

Clear pricing with no hidden fees

Customers couldn’t find a comparison between prices and amenities to decide what they choose

Un clarity in information

Trust building with clarity, Customers need to make too much effort to find the correct information and compare
the information and amenities

They don’t have control over the booking experience

Qualitative Research (Personal interview)

In Qualitative research, I have done 5 people, stakeholders interview to know about online booking and how they deal with choose hotels

  • What do you think about property details
  • If you had a change something what to change
  • What are all things you need to decide to choose a property/hotel
